Abstract

An interest in the use of found and reclaimed fabrics, the impact of limitations and the importance of chance and serendipity inform this work. This piece in particular references strip patchwork and nods to a time when every scrap of fabric had value and was of use. This piece is the latest in my re working series and contains elements of 6 previous works.
