Abstract

This report contributes to a shared understanding of a human rights-based approach to monitoring children and young people's well-being. It identifes rights and well-being as a global concern and the extent to which they are realised affects the lives of all children and young people. Connections between rights obligations and well-being are explored, including the role of indicators to monitor outcomes for children and young people.
